Great news for all. We will be opening on Saturdays starting July 4, 2020. Our hours will be 10am - 3pm
Starting June 22nd our weekday hours are returning to our normal times. We will be open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 6:00.
We will continue to be closed on Saturday's, until further notice.
Our offices will be closed on Monday May 18th for the May long weekend. Both offices will reopen, with our reduced hours, on Tuesday May 19th.
Our reduced hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are also operating with reduced staffing levels. We thank you for your patience in this trying time.
Both offices will be closed on Friday April 10 for Good Friday. We will open again on Monday April 13th.

Please note that we have closed our doors to the walk in traffic, but are still able to process almost all Autopac and home insurance transactions by phone or email. When calling the office for Autopac transaction, please have your driver license number or customer number available.
Effective April 4th, our offices will be closed on Saturdays. In addition, our hours of operation during the week will be 9am - 5pm. If you have a special circumstance requiring assistance outside of those normal hours, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to arrange a mutually convenient time to help.

Call us at 204-488-457 to discuss options on how to transact your business. We can take Autopac and home payments over the phone. We can take authorizations in certain circumstances to do other Autopac transactions.

The COVID-19 situation is evolving daily and our goal is to slow or reduce the transmission of the COVID-19 virus in our community. We are taking steps to remain as flexible as possible to meet the needs of our clients, employees and their families. At the same we are closely monitoring the recommendations of the health authorities.
NOTE: Autopac Services Remain Open
The immediate steps we have reinforced or adopted include the following:
- Everyone should practice good handwashing hygiene and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and dry them thoroughly – if you are unable to wash your hands, use an alcohol-based hand cleanser
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve – throw used tissues in the garbage and immediately wash your hands, or use an alcohol-based hand cleanser
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Avoid close contact (within 2 meters) with anyone showing symptoms of a respiratory illness, such as coughing or sneezing
- Employees are encouraged to stay home if they are unwell
- Cancelling all in-person appointments pertaining to business other than Autopac and rescheduling over the telephone
- Practice social distancing both inside and outside our premise
Customers that have travelled internationally within the past 14 days are being asked not to attend our locations until the required isolation period has been completed (address their needs over the phone wherever possible)
We have taken additional steps to ensure our employees will be in a position to continue to service our client’s needs from home should the health authorities or government issue a home isolation or quarantine order. If this happens, further information in this regard will be posted on our website.
